Shipping

We will be happy to quote shipping for you, but here are some general guidelines so you know how we charge. Everything on our site is priced based on pick-up at the studio rather than showing inflated prices with shipping figured in like many websites do. Every piece is carefully double-boxed in order to transport it safely, and that takes a good bit of time and packing materials. Shipping and handling is $13.00 (for U.S. Priority Mail) for the first 5x7 frame ordered. (A single 8x10 frame ordered is $14.00 S/H.) The cost per piece goes down considerably on multiple-piece orders, however. Additional frames in these two sizes, ordered at the same time, usually only add about $2 shipping apiece. Larger pieces must be quoted. Note that we ONLY ship within the U.S.

All our shipments have tracking numbers, and can warrant that we have shipped the item you ordered. At your option, shipping insurance against loss or damage in transit may be purchased at an additional charge, and we recommend this especially around the holidays. If you have purchased insurance and an item you ordered was lost or received damaged, save the boxes and all packing materials and contact us right away. We will be glad to help you with claim-filing instructions and proof of value.
